Relations today announced it is rapidly building momentum in
its first quarter of operation. Launched on November 1, 2005,
Emerge PR has already added three new clients and significantly
bolstered its professional staff, including three key management
hires.
At its inception, Emerge PR was already an established
PR firm. By bringing together the staff and clients of Marenghi
PR, founded by Catherine Marenghi in 1992, and Dark Horse Consulting,
a marketing firm formed by Mara Stefan in 2005 after leading
The Horn Group's Boston office for nine years, Emerge PR launched
with a strong team and an impressive client portfolio. Charter
clients included Aspect Software, Churchill & Harriman,
Enderle Group, Fulgent Media, Highland Capital Partners, Patricia
Seybold Group, Red Bend Software, Reflectent Software, Sento
Corp., SoundBite Communications, and Vertical Communications.

In addition, Emerge PR has strengthened its team
with the following new hires:
Stephanie Fallon, Account Director. With
more than 12 years of public relations experience, she helps
the firm's growing public relations practice, providing senior
strategic counsel and tactical execution on a variety of programs
for clients such as Adventace, Ascent Venture Partners, Fulgent
Media Group, and Vertical Communications.
Samantha Smith, Account Director. Samantha brings to Emerge
PR more than seven years of public relations experience in enterprise
software and service businesses. A media maven and senior strategist,
she has worked with clients such as Cognos, Information Builders, ATG,
Highland Capital Partners, Trillium Software, Clarity, Bowstreet and
Fastclick.
Liza Colburn, Senior Account Manager. Liza joined Emerge PR
after nine years with the Horn Group, where she helped launch and build
the agency's first East Coast office. With more than 11 years of public
relations experience, both in-house and on the agency side, Liza works
with teams to manage and execute communications programs for clients
such as Harte-Hanks and Patricia Seybold Group.
Sheila Bohan, Account Coordinator. Sheila joined Emerge PR as
a recent graduate of LaSalle University, with experience gained from
several internships in advertising, writing and public relations.
